Should Manchester City pay a transfer fee, somewhere in the region of £15million and should the club be offering someone with limited talent, £100,000 a week? I doubt it.
Let’s hope Sparky and the rest of his negotiating team can find someone far better than a 28-year-old who’s hoping to bolster his pension fund.
