Manchester United – 24%
Liverpool – 12%
Chelsea – 3%
Football fans in general doubt Manchester City will immediately break into the Premier Leagues elite, however Arsene Wenger and Arsenal are not exactly setting the transfer window alight. Perhaps it is time to change the EPL’s hierarchy and relegate the Gunners into the Europa League. What do you think?
