Manchester City left-back, Benjamin Mendy has almost fully recovered from his ruptured anterior cruciate ligament (right knee) sustained way back in September when, a horrendous collision against Crystal Place striker Andros Townsend side-lined the colossus.

‘I’m getting better, I’m in full rehabilitation,’ (running and ball work) he told beIN SPORTS last month.

The 23-year-old former Monaco star was expected to be out until around April however, rumours suggest he could be fighting fit and available for selection as early as March.
Back three?
Pundits think Pep will, at times play three at the back – Kyle Walker on the right (right footed), Aymeric Laporte in the centre (essentially left footed but confident with both) and Bengamin Mendy on the left (left foot). This formation will free up the midfield and Pep will not have to worry about a dodgy defence (not that it was all that dodgy when Mendy was recuperating). Even better times ahead me thinks.

Keep an eye on Benjamin
Mendy is renowned for posting one heck of a lot via his social media sites.
I for one can’t wait to see him playing in a City shirt again.
