According to a report by German media outlet Kicker, left-back Angelino wants to come back to the Sky Blues and fight for a starting place – with plenty of our supporters reacting in response to the revelation.
Angelino, who re-signed for us last summer after a good season with PSV Eindhoven, found consistent game time hard to come by under Pep Guardiola before being shipped out on loan to RB Leipzig.
The Spaniard has since gone on to impress during his spell at the Bundesliga outfit, and now Kicker understands that he wants to leave the club in an attempt to break in to our first team.
