(Brief BBC Video x2) Pep Guardiola – “I Will Be A Manc For The Rest Of My Life”

The world’s most well-known and high profile football manager Pep Guardiola sat down with the person who wrote his biography, Guillem Balague inside the BBC studios yesterday and in doing so discussed a whole array of crucial situations that changed Pep’s life.

“I will be a Mancunian for the rest of my life,” said the former Barcelona and Bayern Munich boss. “I feel the love from the people here.”

The Catalan who made his home in the north-west of England in 2016 added: “It would not be possible to train another team in England like Manchester City.”

“My family was at the Manchester arena on the night of the attack.” – Guardiola

The 47-year-old City boss said that on the night the bomb detonated killing 22 innocent people his wife and two daughters were at the Ariana Grande concert.

“I was at home with my son when my wife called me – she told me something had happened.”
