Once again, I’m sure we’re not telling Psycho anything he doesn’t already know, but lack of funds and players on long term contracts don’t make it easy for him to manoeuvre.
I think most fans were expecting / hoping the likes of Sibierski, Mills, Thatcher and Reyna would be on their way, but their respective contractual situation doesn’t make it easy to offload them unless other clubs comes in with offers.
The 10 players shown the door last week were:
Kiki Musampa, Albert Riera, David Sommeil,Geert de Vlieger, Mikkel Bischoff, Tuomas Haapala, Ian Bennett, Karl Bermingham, Paul Collins and Michael Ward – we wish them well and hope they find other clubs soon.
