Manchester City have announced the departure of three senior players as they begin to shape the squad for the coming season.
Veterans, Benjani, Petrov and Sylvinho have been deemed surplus to requirements, and will all begin the process of looking for a new club over the coming months.
The club has also decided not to renew the contracts of three further players – academy prospects Jack Redshaw, Tobias Johansen and Karl Moore.
