According to a report from La Gazzetta dello Sport, ex-Man City striker Mario Balotelli appears to be at odds with current club Brecia as his relationship with chairman Massimo Cellino reaches breaking point – prompting these Sky Blues to debate the 29-year-old on Twitter.
Balotelli, who famously assisted Sergio Aguero’s 93:20 title-winning goal, was a polarising figure during his time at the Etihad – setting off fireworks in his bathroom among other crazy antics.
Would you bring Balotelli back to Eastlands?
In a heartbeat
No, terrible attitude
He did have his moments on the pitch, however, scoring 30 goals and assisting seven others under Roberto Mancini according to Transfermarkt.
The Italian also scored a brace during our iconic 6-1 win at Old Trafford, donning the ‘Why Always Me?’ under shirt as his celebration for the opening goal.
Moments like this have endeared him in the eyes of many Citizens, but his questionable attitude has also drawn mixed opinions on the forward.
Here’s how our fan base debated the latest update on Balotelli down below.

Balotelli is only 29 years old as well, gutted to see his career fall off like this 🙄

I bet he regrets ever leaving City for Milan. His career went down hill every year since. Could of been a top quality player if he changed his attitude and got consistent.
