Danny or Ched?

Due to Manchester City`s lack of strikers, they have become dependant on two very good young British strikers. However because Mark Hughes still employs Sven`s tactics, and plays a lone striker, only one of them can get the place.

Daniel Sturridge: Technically this boy is superb, his finishing, first touch and pace has caught the eye of many clubs including fellow money bags, Chelsea. He is a proven goal-scorer at Youth, Reserve, Under 17`s and Under 19 level, but can the skilful forward cope in the Premiership just yet?

Ched Evans: This Welsh international will never stop running. He`s a proven goal-scorer again at Youth and reserve level, and has even bagged a couple goals for the Wales national team. His technical ability is not quite up to the standard of Sturridge, but he commits more to the cause. Can his determination and will to improve, make him a top class premiership striker?

In my own Opinion, Daniel Sturridge wins this competition hands down. With a run in the first team, he will become a world class player. He showed this against Stoke on Sunday, when his assets, where crucial in Robinho`s hat trick. Although Ched Evans showed maturity in setting up Robinho`s first, I just sense that Sturridge has the potential to be very big indeed. Either way both Evans and Sturridge have a very big future and Ched may in time prove me wrong, but I believe that Sturridge should be the first choice backup behind Jo, well at least until Benjani and Vassell comes back.

If you were Mark Hughes, who would you pick to lead your frontline?
