It seems as though the Etihad faithful are really getting on Claudio Bravo’s back. I mean why do Blues sing the Joe Hart song when it’s fairly obvious we’ll never see him wearing a City shirt anytime soon – if ever!

Is it time to move on?

Jeering Claudio

Any mistake is immediately followed by jeers and although he’s not, in my opinion a world-class keeper he’s still good enough, certainly in Pep’s eyes, and mine, (not that my two-pennith worth means anything) to be the main-man in between the City sticks.

Some may say it’s only banter but imagine how he feels? Oh and before I’m accused of being an old fuddy-duddy…but I’m sure the ‘politically correct’ police must be on the verge of imploding!

Cheering Claudio

Behaviour breeds behaviour and so how about cheering Bravo (not in a sarcastic way) when he makes a cracking save, or does something creative IE distributes the ball which opens up the opposition. I’m sure his confidence will grow which in turn will benefit MCFC.

There have been reports suggesting Bravo and his family are unsettled and finding life in Manchester difficult and that a move back to Spain could be on the cards as early as this summer. I ask you, do we really want him to fail?
