ESPN has launched its new ‘ESPN’ channel in the UK and will feature 46 live Barclays Premier League matches, starting at 5:30pm on 15 August with Everton v Arsenal.

In addition, a host of live European and international sport will be available in both standard and high definition. The programming line up on ESPN at launch will include:

46 live Barclays Premier League Matches
30 live Clydesdale Bank Premier League Matches
Top live European club football including: German Bundesliga, Portuguese Liga and Dutch Eredivisie, Russian League and the Italian Super Coppa
UFC – Ultimate Fighting Championship
Top 14 – French Rugby, featuring Jonny Wilkinson
Australian Rules Football (AFL)
FIBA – European Basketball Championship
US sport including NHL, Major League Baseball, Major League Soccer, and NCAA College Football and Basketball
Plus much more.

ESPN’s presenter team will be led by Ray Stubbs. He’ll be joined by Rebecca Lowe who will co-host ESPN’s football coverage alongside Mark Chapman, Kelly Cates and Darrell Currie.
