Everton FC made an official announcement earlier today and in layman’s terms snubbed Manchester City’s £18m offer for defender Joleon Lescott.
The Club statement read…
‘Everton Football Club can confirm it has received an offer of £18m for Joleon Lescott from Manchester City and that offer has been rejected outright.’
Earlier in the summer Toffees boss David Moyes turned down £15m for his star defender, and now it appears the Scotsman is digging his heels in.
Third bid?
