55% of those polled on this website stated that it was performances above all else that was the significant factor in this season’s large drop in attendances.

Given that City are unbeaten at home and they have only conceded a single goal that may come as a surprise to some. But the performances have at times been mind numbingly dull and this poll clearly places emphasis on the product offered as the most significant factor in attendances.

Perhaps surprisingly price was only cited by 10% of those polled.

More significantly, the second highest stay away from Eastlands reason given by supporters on this site is the harrassment they receive from stewards. Being a regular in the South Stand I can sympathise. This is something the club can sort out and show that they are indeed ‘supporting the supporters’.
