Nothing changes does it? This summer’s Transfer Deadline Day is exciting for fans whose clubs are busy spending last minute over-inflated prices for players who are of average quality. However, it’s nice to know that Manchester City did their business and bought the players they were able to get over the line well in advance of today’s 5 pm deadline.
While there will be several panic-stricken club admin offices frantically drawing up player contracts others, I suspect similar to those working at MCFC admin will be chillin’ over a cold refreshment while resting their feet on their respective desks (job done!)
I wonder just how many stressed out club representatives will be thankful when the clock strikes 5?
