Good news for Blues in Tameside. The Newton – Hyde MCSC branch is going from strength to strength and they’ve been in touch for a shout on VMC with their latest update…



Based at the Crown and Cushion in Newton, the newly formed Supporters Club branch are on the look out for more members to come together with them to get behind The Champions quest for greater glory.

The Newton branch will be represented at the the Executive Committee Meeting of the Manchester City Supporters Club (1949) at The Etihad tomorrow night, 1st August and the next meeting will take place at The Crown and Cushion next Sunday, 5th August at 1pm. The branch plan to warm up for televising The Community Shield a week later by showing the MCFC Season Review, reliving the rollercoaster that ended in our stunning victory.

Flyers are popping up all over Tameside and there’ll be a banner up outside the pub any day now for those of you without satnav…

Membership for 12/13 Season –
Adult £10, Junior £5 and Family £20 (2 adults and 2 juniors)

At each meeting, £2.50 will be charged and 1 loyalty point earned
