In what could be considered as something of a surprising result, 79% of supporters polled believe that City should cash in on Sylvain Distin.
With Distin only having a year to run on his current deal and Portsmouth and Middlesbrough sniffing around with £5 million or so, it seems most blues have had enough of his stalling on signing a new deal.
Personally I would be reluctant to see him leave unless the money was invested back into the team. Having said that, the club do have a ready made replacement in Micah Richards who didn’t disappoint anyone with his performances last year.
