City return to Premier League action on Sunday lunchtime as we look to put the Champions League defeat behind us, which could have been far worse, when you take on Liverpool at Anfield who bowed out of Europe completely on Thursday when they lost to Besiktas on Thursday.

Liverpool will bring back Philippe Coutinho after he was rested in the Europa League but Jordan Henderson (ankle) could miss out. Mamadou Sakho (hip) is back in training but it’s not known if he’ll be fit enough but Glen Johnson (illness) should be.

We’ll have Yaya Toure (suspension) back after he missed our two-one defeat to Barcelona at the Etihad on Tuesday.

He’s made two appearances from the bench since his arrival so Wilfried Bony will be hoping it’s third time lucky for him to get a start….

You’ve got to go back over a decade since we last won at Anfield, which stretches over 12 meetings in all competitions – Liverpool have won seven since we last won in May 2003! We couldn’t pick a better time to end this, our chances of retaining the title will improve if we can come away with all three-points.

Remember, ahead of the game we’re looking for your views on what way you think it will go?

City win
Liverpool win
