Don Givens, the Republic of Ireland Under-21 manager has praised 20 year old Willo Floods performances despite a disappointing qualifying campaign. the performances of midfielder Willo Flood as a pleasing aspect of an unsuccessful European Championship qualifying campaign.
Flood is currently on loan at Coventry. Givens said ‘Just by his endeavour, work and heart on the pitch, it lifts other people…If you see a little fellow like that running all over the place, getting stuck in and tackling, it has to lift you.’
