Vital Manchester City currently runs a predict the crowd and score competition, but to make life just that little bit more interesting we have devised a brand new game. It’s called Beat The Clock.

How does it work?

There are 90 minutes in a game, yes. What we would like to know is when do you think the first goal will be scored.

How do I win?

You have to predict which minute the very first goal, which incidentally can be scored by either team will be scored. If the ref decides to add a few minutes at the end of the first or second half and someone scores, it will be treated as either 45 or 90 minutes.

Point structure

You can have a maximum of two guesses and if you get it spot on you will receive three points. A minute either side and you will receive one point.

If this game proves popular, I’ll consider adding a few extra features. More on that later.

If you want to play Beat The Clock then please leave your times either in the comments section directly below this article, or by visiting our City Chat forum.

Good luck!
