For those City fans living abroad, let me explain about the Sky Sports Fanzone.

Sky Sports is part of a UK satellite and cable network officially called BSkyB. They and Irish Pay TV channel Setanta Sports pay billions of sterling pounds every couple of years for the exclusive English Premier League TV rights however, in my opinion Sky win their football coverage, hands-down especially as they have High Definition coverage, and Setenta don’t.

Fanzone

Every live EPL game, Sky invite two sets of club supporters along to commentate. Viewers can either listen to Andy Gray and Martin Tyler do their official Sky commentary or one can press the red button on their TV remote control and in doing so you can access various other features, one being the Fanszone.

On this occasion, a Blues fan (sorry don’t know your name) expressed his delight at City winning 2-1 at the Swamp.

Imagine the atmosphere and enjoy.

Can we replicate the same on Sunday? I think so, don’t you.
