David Villa`s £52 million pound transfer to Manchester City, appeared to gather pace last night when the News Of The World revealed that the Spanish forward`s agent is flying out to Manchester to hold talks.

Villa would be set to receive the same wage as Robinho. This is around the £160,000 a week. This deal could be possible because of Valencia`s current financial crisis. This may only be a media story, but I have the feeling there is some truth in the situation.

£20 Million pound move for Ribery

According to the daily star, Manchester City are ready to launch a bid for the French international. This is surely just the media trying to link us with whatever player they haven`t already said.

However I wouldn`t say no.

City ready to let Jo go.

It has been reported that Mark Hughes is ready to cut ties with the lanky Brazilian for a fee around £15 million. I really don`t understand this at all. The bloke has not been given a fair chance, when he played we scored goals, even if it was not his boot the ball was touching before finding the net.

I found it funny when Ched Evans was brought on at Fulham instead of him. Mark I`m losing all my hope in you.
