The Premier League has published a list of players who are out of contract and no longer have a club – Manchester City midfielder, Patrick Vieira is on the list.
The former France international, who celebrates his 35th birthday on Tuesday 23rd June joined City from Inter Milan initially on a six-month contract during the 2009/10 January transfer window, however that was soon extended by another year.
Vieira’s last game in a City shirt was during the FA Cup final win over Stoke when he came on as a late substitute.
Patrick Vieira is expected to see out his remaining days as a professional footballer in the MLS.
