Mancini: Chelsea Are The Best Team In The League

In the build-up to Saturday’s clash with current Premier League champions Chelsea, City boss Roberto Mancini goes on record to say Carlo Ancelotti’s team are the best in the league.

The Italian goes on to say Chelsea will retain the Premier League title and then bemoans the amount of injuries in the City squad.
