One of my moans about last season, (and there wasn’t many) was that Roberto Mancini had a habit of being over cautious. One could say Manchester City’s team tactics appeared to be ‘sit back’ and play the game in a typical Italian way.

I appreciate we can’t take the ‘attack attack’ approach in every game but being over cautious last season saw us drop points. I am sure of it.

The club has the best potent striking force in the Premier League and if Tevez stays then I can see him scoring at least 20 while his fellow countryman, Sergio Aguero could equal Carlito’s tally. With Silva and others chipping in their quota Manchester City could be netting at least 60 goals next season.

In order to win the league I think Roberto Mancini needs more of an adventurous approach.

What do you think?
