Manchester City are the fastest growing football club in the world (in value change over the last year). This is according to the self-styled ‘tool of capitalism’ Forbes magazine.
Forbes shows an improvement in value for Manchester City of 62% over the last year whereas other English football clubs rate far lower in this regard:

Aston Villa 26%
Spurs 8%
Chelsea 5%
Everton 5%
Manyoo 4%
Arsenal 0%
Liverpool -4%
Newcastle -5%
