With City’s defensive options bolstered by signing Chelsea’s underplayed Tal Ben Haim, a good number of Blues across the City wires are pushing for a Richards-Johnson midfield engine room axis.
The prospect of Richards going box to box alongside the similarly powerful Johnson is certainly something worth considering and an option Bluesy could explore in the coming friendlies against Celtic and AC Milan.
