Strangely enough the BBC are reporting that it is a straight fight between Ronald Koemann and Louis Van Gaal, neither of which I can find odds for tonight.
My personal opinion, which stems from a number of rumours and people who know people, is that Ranieri is rightfully hot favourite.
The new owners to be want a name and Ranieri is the biggest of those available.
Is he the right man? Well he was the one who got the Chelsea bandwagon on the roll and he also worked wonders with Corradi.
Time will tell I suppose, but I do believe the next gaffer will be a foreigner.
