Former Manchester City owner Thaksin Shinawatra has lost his place on the new look City board.
New board members include Khaldoon Al Mubarak, Chairman of the Board and Martin L Edelman, who specialises in complex property transactions.
By all accounts, Mr Edelman is expected to negotiate the purchase of the City of Manchester Stadium from the Council, plus, set in motion the proposed £300m development of land at Sportcity. The remaining members include Simon Pearce and Victor Restis.
