Kabore’s goal came in the 35th minute, latching onto a cutback from Jonathan Clauss to finish from close range. Sadly, Marseille couldn’t see the game out and conceded a last-minute equaliser after Strasbourg halved the deficit in the 75th minute.
Against Le Racing, the Burkina Faso international played for 90 minutes, had 56 touches, completed 73.1% of his 26 passes, created one chance, had one shot which ended up a goal, whipped in two crosses, made two tackles, won three freekicks, had two interceptions and gave away one foul.
Kabore has made 10 appearances in all competitions this season since joining on loan from City, amassing 455 minutes of playing time.
He wasn’t a regular in the first few weeks of the campaign, playing in just two of their first six Ligue 1 games, but has since featured in their previous five.
