Manchester City welcome Sevilla to the Etihad Stadium for their final Champions League group game on Wednesday evening and Pep Guardiola is likely to ring the changes as his side have already qualified as group winners.
City will have their sights on facing Fulham over the weekend as they could go top of the Premier League table if they better Arsenal’s result against Chelsea, so Sergio Gomez might be one of many players brought in from the cold.

The 22-year-old was sent off in City’s 0-0 draw with FC Copenhagen and missed their 0-0 draw with Borussia Dortmund due to suspension, but UEFA’s Champions League preview says he’s available for selection.
Gomez has made eight appearances across the board since joining from RSC Anderlecht over the summer, but he hadn’t featured in any competition after the sending off in Europe.
Guardiola had brought the Spaniard off the bench in five of City’s first seven league games, but Gomez has been an unused substitute in three consecutive outings since the red card.
Joao Cancelo is having a fantastic season for City and might be protected on Tuesday as the outcome of the game is irrelevant. Gomez should be the next left-back in line, assuming Guardiola doesn’t use a centre-back in the makeshift role.
