Manchester City goalkeeper Shay Given could be sidelined until the summer following a recurrence of an old shoulder injury.
Given (34) has played just four matches for the Blues this season (none of which have come in the Premier League), and his absence was evident against Notts County yesterday when third choice shot-stopper Stuart Taylor took his place on the bench.
