Apathy, frustration, goodness knows what’s wrong with a handful of Blues, but reading some social media comments post the Southampton draw at the Etihad on Sunday then I have to say I’m gobsmacked to read, what appears to be a growing trend about whether some City fans are really that interested in watching in the EFL Cup game at Old Trafford on Wednesday.

Incidentally, the official Man City website confirms that the clubs Old Trafford seating allocation has been completely sold out.

Wednesday 26 October 2016
EFL Cup Fourth Round
Old Trafford
Manchester United v Manchester City
Kick off 8pm
Live within the UK on Sky Sports

We at VMC would normally evidence social media comments, however, having had a little chat with ourselves we’ve decided not to post names. Then we finally decided NOT to post any.

As a Blue myself I’ll be tuning into the game via my Sky Q box (4k UHD – yippee) but if it’s a tad dark for those of you who would rather watch your grass grow then we’ve prepared a list of alternative LIVE football on TV.

Wednesday 26 October 2016

Serie A
Juventus v Sampdoria (7.45pm, BT Sport 3)

DFB Pokal
Bayern Munich v Augsburg (7.45pm, BT Sport//ESPN)

Scottish Premiership
Ross County v Celtic (7.45pm, BT Sport 2)

If I was perfectly honest I think I’d rather watch my own grass grow than have to suffer any of the fixtures showing on BT.

What do you think Blues?
