Almost seven years to the day Mr. Friend took charge of his first Tottenham game at White Hart Lane. On that occasion, the home side beat Sunderland 2-0.

Over the remaining years when he was the man-in-the-middle, the North London club has recorded 15 wins and a mere three defeats. And of course that is not to mention what is in the article headline.

It seems as though Kevin is their lucky charm!

Out of ten League and Cup ties, Friend has brandished 36 yellow and no red cards.
