…and it transpires that the enigmatic young City striker is likely to play some part in next Sunday’s FA Cup Fourth Round Replay with Notts County:
‘Mario Balotelli can go on the bench for the next home game against Notts County.’
City are about to enter the most crucial fortnight of the season thus far and Mancio needs as many players fit and firing as is possible.
However, the sorely missed Nigel De Jong remains up on blocks with an ankle injury that we have yet to know the full extent of.
Mancio has confirmed that City’s midfield warrior will play no part in The Blues’ Europa League Round of 32 first leg mission to Aris Thessaloniki FC.
