Sky TV always hype up their live Premier League Super Sunday show but on this occasion the title is exactly what it says on the tin.

Supporters of Manchester City, Tottenham, Arsenal and Manchester United and if I’m honest, millions of football enthusiasts around the world have put their usual Sunday plans on hold and instead have booked their entire afternoon either at the respective stadiums, or in front of the TV.

Five months ago (August 2011) City came away from White Hart Lane 5-1 winners, while United thumped Arsenal 8-2. Who remembers the headlines – Manchester 13-3 London?

City vs. Spurs

If Tottenham are going to be serious title contenders they are going to have to come away from the Etihad Stadium with at least one point. If they fail they will still more than likely (in my opinion) finish the season in the top four.

Arsenal vs. United

The Gooners are in free-fall and if they intend playing in Europe next season they really need to beat the Reds. On the other hand the pressure is equally on Fergusons lot. If City win and these lot lose then the gap at the top of the table will creep up to six points.

Super Sunday

The nerves are going to be tingling, the beer will no doubt be flowing and Sky TV will be rubbing their hands with glee especially with millions of TV viewers and similar amounts of cash flowing their way from advertisers.

Blast from the past

As a Blue it would be rude of me not to….sorry Spurs fans.
