Bulgarian international, Valeri Bojinov, today became City’s eighth signing of the summer and fourth in just two hectic days.
Bojinov, 21, joins the blues from Italian side Fiorentina in a four year deal for an undisclosed fee.
Bojinov holds the record as the youngest ever overseas player to debut in Serie A when he appeared for Lecce at the age of just 15 years and 11 months.
Bojinov’s arrival probably completes one of the more hectic weeks in City transfer history following yesterday’s signings of Elano, Garrido and Carluka.
