Groan. File under let’s get this one out of the way. Carlos Tévez’s agent in all but name has spoken to the Italian press and activated media accolytes elsewhere…

The absent without leave but still creaming in bargeloads of cash striker-golfer who has long publically proclaimed his desire to move closer to Argentina or preferably in it, apparantly fancies coming on as a substitute in the Manchester style climate of Milan. Which according to VMC’s crosswinds trajectory aviation expert is a handful of nautical miles closer to Buenos Aires than Manchester is. Pathetic.

Numerous Blues who can be bothered to talk about the Bayern bench tester have pondered whether or not AC Milan would afford Tévez the luxury of corporate jet travel to make key games, extended leaves of absence and the random parading of offspring at team line ups.

Kia Joorabchian told www.milannews.it off his ‘sort of’ client:

‘He is training intensely. In January he wants to return to have a starring role and play in a great club. Milan is a great club but there are other Italian clubs that have also requested information.’

Right you are, then.
