The landlord at the The Orwell Pub, Wigan Pier is a self confessed Blue and wants to chat to as many Manchester City supporters over a pint prior to Sunday’s 3pm kick-off.
5000 Manchester City supporters are heading to the DW Stadium and the newly refurbished Orwell pub is offering Citizens concessions on beer and their amazing hot beef and onion muffins. I’m told the muffins are £2.50 and with a pint, well you might get change out of a fiver.
The pub opens at midday.
With room for a couple of hundred Blues how about popping in and saying hello. It’s only a few minutes walk to the stadium.
