The balance of power within the Premier League hierarchy is slowly but surely changing. Once it used to be the London clubs who bossed the league but now the tide has turned in favour of both Manchester clubs.

The last decade has seen Chelsea dominate the top league in the world but their squad is aging and unless they strengthen their team and unless they up their current form there is a realistic chance of them finishing outside the top four.
