Arsenal defender Kolo Toure has completed his medical at Eastlands after agreeing terms, however, a severance package has yet to be agreed with the Gunners.
The experienced 28-year-old defender is reported to have opted to join former team-mate Emmanuel Adebayor at City on a four-year contract in a deal worth around £15m.
Toure, who has been at Arsenal since 2002 still has two-years remaining on his contract and a pay-off is yet to be finalised with the North London based club.
