Referee Carlos Del Cerro
Born in Alcala de Henares on 13 March 1976 the 43-year-old member of the Committee of Referees of the Community of Madrid certainly appears to brandish his cards as much as a bee hovers around honey.
Some may say he’s ‘trigger happy.”
Season 2018/19
Out of seven matches (five domestic, one Champions and Nations League ties), Carlos has issued 28 yellow and no red cards.
Previous two seasons – 46 matches
Yellow – 216
Red – 9
Foul? What foul? Penalty? What penalty? My Mother? Straight red!

As far as we can see Carlos Del Cerro has never taken charge of any Manchester City game.
If his statistics are anything to go by I suspect his cards will be in and out of his pocket quicker than a rabbit can achieve when it comes and goes from its burrow.
