Tottenham striker, Rafael van der Vaart believes his team has the advantage during the run-in for the Premier League title.

In recent weeks Manchester City’s form have began to jitter especially with the goalless draw against WBA and the defeat at the hands of Sunderland, and the 28-year-old Netherlands international believes the tide has turned.

Following Tottenham’s recent 2-0 over Everton the Dutchman said…

‘City are not so consistent any more,’ who was booked when City thrashed Spurs 5-1 in August.

‘They have lost a few games and maybe that’s a little in their heads so we can take advantage.’

‘We will know where we stand after City. But everybody in the dressing room believes we can win the league. Absolutely.’

Spurs come to the Etihad Stadium in two weeks time (Sunday 22 January) in what is most definitely a six-pointer.
