Everton Team News:

Everton may continue to see John Stones speculated with a move away from the club, it’ll not be to City though, but Roberto Martinez is still planning of selecting him. Will his mind be on it?

Muhamed Besic and Kevin Mirallas were unused subs upon a return from injury last week so could be back in from the start, with Aiden McGeady also fit to feature.

Player to watch: John Stones

City Team News:

When you’ve paid £30m-£33, the amount depends on where you read it, you would expect a player to play, however Nicolas Otamendi debut would most likely come from the bench today if it came at all with him starting life on Pellegrini’s bench you sense.

Pablo Zabaleta (knee) isn’t even making that as he looks like he’ll be out injured for around a month but Fabian Delph and Fernando are both fit and could play a part, the former possibly making his debut for the club.

Player to watch: Sergio Aguero

Match Facts & Stats

It’ll, not that anyone I suspect would anyway, not be taken for granted that City will win today as the Citizen’s have actually only won once in the last six-matches at Goodison Park drawing another and losing four….in fact it’s only three wins from the last 18 on the Blue half of Merseyside anyway.

However, City are on top, top form so far this season with this rolling over from last season with a ninth successive topflight win – if that happens it’ll be the first time we’ve done that since 1912!

Match Prediction:

City will hope for a positive result, but will this happen?

Whatever line up Pellegrini goes with expectancy will be high of retaining the 100% record however ahead of the game we’re looking for your views on what way you think it will go, which obviously requires you to vote in the latest poll one of three ways….
City win
Everton win
