Vladimír Weiss (20) currently on-loan at Scottish Premier League side Rangers has hinted he may stay at Ibrox.

The Slovakian international has become a sensation during his season long loan stay with the current SPL champions and is proving to his doubters what it takes to play at a decent, but not exactly thrill-seeking level of football.

The whiz-kid winger told the press north of the border…

‘The question of my future is a difficult one. I have a contract at Manchester City until 2013 and I would like to return there, if that is possible.’

‘But I am very happy in Glasgow – Rangers are a club at the highest level with excellent training facilities.’

Weiss finished off by saying…

‘More people know me here and the interest in football is enormous.’

Weiss has many admirers at the City of Manchester Stadium and sometime soon it was hoped he would become a regular feature in Roberto Mancini’s squad. Perhaps there is still time to capitalise on this gifted player.
