…and comparing it below to today’s table it’s here where we can point directly to Samir Nasri’s continuing resurgence alongside Sergio Aguero’s meteoric rise to the top of our table with two fixtures remaining. Joe Hart, Gael Clichy, Gareth Barry, Joleon Lescott, Pablo Zabaleta and Yaya Toure’s consistency is noteable as is David Silva’s persistence. Jimmy Milner has fallen away in the standings due to lack of game time.

This season VMC is running our Man of The Season contest using a Formula One style points system run by PhillyBlueMoon Productions replacing the accumulated polls won result used at the end of the previous four seasons to define our Maine Man.
