Spiegel Online and Footy Leaks has an agenda, as do UEFA and FIFA and we Manchester City supporters and the club have almost got used to it – albeit JUST. We as a family of Blues has been subjected to torment, ridicule, and speculation surrounding the clubs finances since the 2008 takeover.

I am not going to go over old ground – everyone has heard about the accusations regarding so-called financial irregularities, all of which has tarnished everyone involved at the club for years.

Enough is enough

In 2014 MCFC received and reluctantly accepted UEFA sanctions, and yet, four years later the story refuses to be put to bed.

Spiegel Online as described by Wiki.

Just in case you have not heard of them; SPON is one of the most widely read German-language news websites. It was founded in 1994 as the online offshoot of the German news magazine, Der Spiegel, with a staff of journalists working independently of the magazine.

Colin Savage

Colin is a massive Blue, and he is also described as a Manchester City, finance expert.

With thanks to Man City Fan TV Colin spoke about whether the footy leaks documents tell us anything new about FFP and MCFC.

Mr. Savage, during his 11 minute YouTube interview explains, in laymen’s terms the fact that City has nothing to worry about.

Don’t you think UEFA should back off and leave MCFC alone?

  • Thanks for that Colin. I’m sure readers ok King of the Kippax will be in the know already and for those that don’t ,get the magazine to find out and enjoy a good read.

  • Superb assessment of ffp…I sure sign to me of how worried the rest of Europe are of our ever increasing status.

  • i think I may just love that man haha…to be honest I would love us to go to court because the outcome will ultimately be either the end of FFP or that we will insist that every other top club has their finances looked at as closely as ours…then we can sit back and watch as United and Liverpool amongst others suddenly start panicking that all their ‘dodgy dealing’will come out…one last point I will make is that I utterly believe that their will be a huge scandal about United fixing matches in the 90’s…there is a super injuction currently in place stopping any investigation even by the police believe it or not of the findings from an investigation in the early 2000’s. …that names not only united but the referees association the F.A and Howard Webb(aside from his links to the R.A)…
