As You Weren’t, Tévez

Manchester City have this evening knocked back a ?25 million bid from AC Milan for on strike Carlos Tevez…

City are in no rush to sell and as long as the player remains in self imposed Argentinian exile well away from The Blues tight knit squad, that’ll do.

It transpires that Inter Milan this week offered a similar ‘loan with promise to buy’ deal to the one AC Milan had rejected last week. Inter then publically conceded defeat in helping Tévez move 1 mile closer to his family as the Boeing 777 flies.

Options are dwindling for Tévez and his entourage as they did in previous transfer windows unless somebody can come up with the straight cash amount City demand.

Only PSG other than City in Europe have that clout, but Tévez, who has never tried to learn English despite 6 years in the country he states he detests, sure as hell won’t fancy integrating in French.

All together now, ‘Fore!’
