UEFA President Michel Platini talks to American TV channel, Fox Sports prior to yesterday’s final and in doing so discusses the future of the Champions League format.

As expected, the 54-year-old mentions the amount of English clubs entering the competition, plus, why the former France international doesn’t support video technology.

With Premier League clubs such as Chelsea, Manchester United, Arsenal and Tottenham entering next seasons elite European competition, and hopefully Manchester City qualifying for the following seasons tournament football fans from across Europe will be interested to hear what the so-called anti-English UEFA President has to say.
