I’m sure a fair few of us took in highlights of Liverpool’s win at the weekend and the amount of attacking praise that they got on shows like Match of the Day.
Certainly, behind us they are the best offensive side in the league and so they’re always interesting to watch but I’m making an extra point of it ahead of our European clashes next month.
Many are expecting two open ties full of goals and explosive football but I think over two matches we have more fire-power and we’ll go through to the final four.
Though it’s still a couple of weeks away, City have posted a collection of our recent goals against the Reds on Twitter and it’s certainly underlined my belief that we can put them away.
Let’s take a look at what has been said in response to the video.

Nah remember the home game doesn’t count because they had a winger sent off when they were already losing?

If @LFC thinks going against @ManCity in the CL has a happy ending for them. Then they haven’t been paying attention..

This didn’t actually happen. If it did it was only because city and the ref cheated. Well according to sky.
