Video: Andres Sanchez, president of Brazilian club Corinthians, made a £35m offer on Tuesday for Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez but with MCFC refusing to accept the bid and with the Brazilian league’s transfer window closing on 20 July 2011 it appears time is running out for the deal to go through.
The 27-year-old Argentina striker has made no secret of his desire to leave Manchester and move closer to his family in South America and with no further bids on the table it appears Mr Tevez will be playing for City until at least the next transfer window opens in January.
